    The only additional charge guests need to expect is the local port fees (€80 pp), payable upon arrival

    Departures are every Saturday at 17:00.

    All our cruises end on Saturdays, at 09:00.

    For travellers holding a UK, US, New Zealand, Australian, Canadian, or European passport no visa is necessary. If you hold a passport of any other country a visa is required to enter Greece. Please consult the Greek embassy in your country for further information.

    Unfortunately, access to the vessels is not possible for people with mobility issues.

    Children over 16 years are welcome to our trips.

    Flights are not included and our customers need to make their own arrangements. If you have any questions about the time that you should allow for airport to boat transfers, please contact us. A standard “airport to the vessel (and vice versa)” transfer, is included in the price.

    During the trip transportation which might be used during excursions or exploring ports of call, such as local buses, taxis or water taxis are not included. However, we would be more than happy to arrange this for you!

    There are no luggage restrictions on board. Bring clothing according to season.

    Our Chefs can cater for a wide variety of food preferences and requirements such a vegetarian, lactose-free, pescatarian, vegan, etc. Please notify us of your requirement when making your reservation.

    Smoking is only allowed on deck.

    There are no laundry facilities onboard. However, laundry service can be arranged at some ports at an additional fee.

    Wifi 3G is available but can sometimes be limited.

    The currency used onboard our ship is Euro €. Payments can be made either by cash or credit card.

    There is a safety deposit box in the keeping of the captain onboard every ship.

    Safety procedures will be explained on the first day.

    25% deposit upon confirmation of booking

    75% balance of payment no less than 90 days prior to embarkation date

    25% cancellation fee will be charged from your booking till 90 days prior to departure date

    50% penalty for cancellation from 89-30 days prior to departure date

    One month prior to departure your booking can no longer be cancelled.

    We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance in case you need to cancel your trip due to any unforeseen circumstances eg illness.

    There will be a refund or rebooking should the trip be cancelled due to official government advice.

    Tipping remains at the discretion of our guests, but the typical amount on cruises ranges between 70-100 Euros per person.
